Mr. Karan Dave brings over 19 years of experience spread across Corporate Lending, Structured Finance and Project Finance. He was part of the core team that scaled the wholesale lending business at Aditya Birla Capital to an AUM of over US$4 billion.

He brings strong expertise in deal origination, structuring and portfolio management, having led investments of more than ₹15,000 crores across the credit spectrum spanning large corporate debt, structured finance and project-linked funding. His sectoral exposure encompasses Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Financial Services and Real Estate amongst others.

Mr. Dave holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and is a rank-holding Chartered Accountant.

Mr. Niladri Dey brings over 14 years of experience spread across Private Credit, Structured Finance, Impact Investment, Investment Banking, Corporate Banking and Banking Products.

Prior to joining ABSLAMC, he was associated with Samena Capital as Principal of the Private Credit fund. He has also worked with Northern Arc, Edelweiss, YES Bank, AON Hewitt and Accenture in various capacities.

He holds an MBA degree in Finance and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

Ms. Krithika Iyer is Rank Holder-Chartered Accountant and has an experience of nearly a decade in the BFSI sector. Prior to joining ABSLAMC, she worked with JM Financial Group as part of the NBFC and ARC divisions. She has experience in managing high yield distressed credit exposure and is instrumental in successful exits. In her last stint at JM Financial Credit Solutions Limited, NBFC division of JM Financial Group, she managed a part of the wholesale lending book amounting to ~Rs.2300 crore.

Mr. Ashay Dhuri has over 7 years of experience in Asset Management & Wealth Management Industry. Earlier, at ABSLAMC he led Product Initiatives for AIF, PMS & passives business. He has previously worked with ICICI Securities, where he was responsible for determining product & asset allocation strategies & with CRISIL, where he was involved in valuation of fixed income instruments & structured products.

He completed his Master’s degree in Finance from University of Mumbai & B.Tech from VJTI, Mumbai. He is also a CFA charter holder.
